A lamp made of wood doesn’t really sound modern but wait till you see this one. The Ardea Table Lampwas designed by Roberto and Stefano Truzzolillo of Amitrani. It’a made of oak wood and LED extends along the arm. Moreover, it doesn’t have a switch. It’s enough to graze the metallic button on the base to switch it on.

The designed is reminiscent of a mushroom, hence the name. The base of the lamp is made of beech wood and it’s where the battery, LED and mechanisms are hidden. The lampshade is ceramic.
