The architects and designers at studio Caceres + Tous created an amazing residence in Indonesia which we’re about to take a look at. It’s a 325 square meter house that takes up an 800 square meter piece of land and it’s an awesome place both as a home as a guest entertainment hub.
The project was completed in 2018 and the house is structured into three separate sections, each with a distinct overall function. Both the interior and the exterior are featuring a beautiful combination of exposed concrete and wood always complemented by large glass surfaces which connect the two environments. Furthermore, string lights hanging from the trees create a magical ambiance.
The way in which the spaces are organized is revealed by the functions of the three volumes. One structure houses the most public areas such as the parking, the main entrance, a guest room and a TV area. There’s another semi-public volume which is comprised of the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and a bedroom.
The third part of the house is where the three remaining bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with a freestanding tub overlooking the green garden oasis are situated and this is the private section. These three modules are separated by the swimming pool and two beautiful gardens.
