Close cooperation between architect and client is often crucial to the success of any project and one of the best positive examples in this sense is this modern single-family home designed and built by Zona architekci. The involvement of the studio started in the very early stages of the project, at the beginning of the investment process.

On the inside, the house’s overall design was inspired by a desire for comfort, cohesion and freedom. As a result, the designers included elements such as a modern kitchen island which allows one to prep and cook meals without feeling secluded or disconnected from the rest of the family members, a cozy reading corner with a super comfortable armchair placed between a modern fireplace and a set of shelves which prove bookcases and staircases make a great combo. This is a house which reflects the individual needs and unique style of its owners, with a layout based on their lifestyle and inspired by convenience and freedom.
