Recycle Simple Cans Into Cute Clothespin Planters

An array of small pots with plants is a great way to decorate a table or shelf, but is not necessarily inexpensive.

An array of small pots with plants is a great way to decorate a table or shelf, but is not necessarily inexpensive. DIY your own wooden plant pots with small tin cans and plain clothespins.  Start by removing the wooden pieces of the clothespins from the spring. With a hot glue gun, attach the wooden pieces to the can, with the flat side against the metal. Glue them all the way around until the entire can is covered. Fill with soil and a plant, decorate with a string or ribbon bow and it’s ready to display. Make a few or make a lot – they also make great gifts.
