Charming residence in Barcelona with a British taste

This beautiful house is located in a privileged area of Barcelona. It’s a very charming building with beautiful architecture and lots of interesting details. The house features a renovated interior with modern elements. Still, some of the original features can still be seen. The exterior of the house is reminiscent of the British architectural style, the location says something else. The residence has balustrades, columns and arched doors along with several other very beautiful architectural details.

The property also includes an inviting courtyard that also serves as a garden. This unique residence is surrounded mostly by contemporary creations and this only makes it seem more special. It seems to have a specific style but in fact it’s a contrasting residence. The exterior is classic but the interior is modern. All the changes that have been made to the house were conducted by architect Joan Sandoval Amat. His main goal was to create a spacious, airy and bright home.

The residence is a three-story building that also has an attic. This area can be accessed through an iron staircase. The first level of the house includes the living room, a bathroom and the kitchen together with a hall separated by large sliding doors. The two upper floors feature the private areas including the bedrooms and their bathrooms. These areas have been divided into spaces for parents and for children. In the attic there’s a lovely games space and it also offers access to a small terrace and provides amazing views over the city of Barcelona.{found on micasarevista}.
