Almost any kitchen can benefit from more organization and this simple wooden kitchen utensil holder offers lots of storage options. Start with pieces of wood in the indicated sizes. Measure, mark, cut and sand the pieces as shown. Drill the holes that will hold the dowel rod into the small square pieces and sand them. Stain all the parts your desired shade and let them dry. Fit the dowel into the end cubes and place it all on the large board. Mark where the cubes belong and use wood glue to attach them. Let it dry and you are ready to hang it. Use it to suspend storage buckets, hang kitchen tools or towels – whatever you want!
