Chic open space apartment in Costa Brava

It’s very difficult to find the perfect balance for your home. For this, everything needs to fit and blend perfectly and to form a natural and harmonious composition. It’s usually easier when you have an example to follow. This particular apartment would be a lovely model. Here, everything blends perfectly with the architecture and creates a perfect whole.

The apartment has two levels. The interior décor features many customized pieces meant to add character to the apartment. For example, the living room features a very interesting table made from an old trunk and a billiard ball chandelier for diversity. Even though these are themes that don’t seem to have anything in common, they blend beautifully. There’s both continuity and contrast and they eventually result in a very smooth transition from one to another.

The apartment is located in Costa Brava and it was a project by architects Ignasi Miguel Moragues and Solsona Thomas Cotacero Architecture Workshop in collaboration with Construcciones Porfit. Each room has its own unique look. They also all share in common warm color palettes with neutrals and tones of brown. Throughout the apartment there are vertical glass panels that delimitate the areas and also distribute natural light. The lower level includes the dining room and kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a lobby. Overall there’s an a very inviting and cozy atmosphere and the décor is elegant and casual at the same time.
