White Apartments: A Common Trend All Over The World

White and minimalist apartments are now a powerful trend. You can see this Swedish style being reproduced all over the world. It’s a style that suits well most modern and contemporary homes. It’s simple and it’s a wonderful choice for both small and large homes. A tiny space can seem bigger if it has white walls and a simple décor while a large space will have a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Most Swedish apartments are characterized by white walls, simple furniture and plenty of empty space. a similar style was recreated in this apartment.

The apartment is almost entirely decorated in white. It has white walls and ceilings and, even though the floor is not white, it still maintains that light and simple look. The wooden flooring has a light finish and it creates a nice balance. On one hand it brings warmth into the rooms and makes the atmosphere more inviting and on the other it goes well with the whole minimalist and white décor. The apartment also has white furniture throughout but it’s combined with contrasting pieces.

The dining area, for example, has a lovely round and white table and it’s accessorized with 4 classical chairs, each featuring a different color and finish. The living area has a white sofa but it’s accessorized with colorful accent cushions and a brown area rug with a very friendly texture. This constant balance can also be seen in all the other spaces and it creates a very pleasant atmosphere and décor.
