Stylish new student apartment in a 1800s building

This very attractive apartment is located at the top of an eco-friendly building that dates from the late 1800s. Even though the building is old, the apartment is actually brand new. It’s a student apartment and the residents must present valid student certificates in order to be able to live there.Overall, the apartment features profiled woodwork, large windows and black electrical outlets and switches as a reminder of the building’s heritage. The kitchen is completely new and features integrated appliances. The bathroom has under floor heating since 2011. The kitchen area is spacious and opened to the dining room. The entire apartment measures 79 square meters.

The living room of the apartment is spacious and bright with an airy look. It features large rounded windows and skylights, as well as a small window by the stairs. It has a sloping ceiling with exposed beams. The room can also accommodate a reading area together with a sitting area with TV. The walls have been painted light gray and the floors are covered with pine wood.

The bedroom is also spacious and offers plenty of room for a double bed, closets, a side table and nightstands. The ceilings feature the same exposed beams as the living room and above the door there’s also a top light window. The walls have the same color as the living room.The apartment also includes a workroom located near the bedroom. It has a top light window above the door and plenty of room for a desk and some bookshelves. This space can also be sued as a bedroom if necessary.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor and has three large windows facing south. It has white lacquer doors, solid oak work benches and additional storage provided by the open shelves.
