Small student apartment with renovated interior for sale

As a student, there’s not much you need. You just have to find a place to stay and the rest is simple. Even the home doesn’t need to be very pretentious. A small apartment, even with a single bedroom is enough. That’s exactly what this property represents. It’s a 1.5 room apartment situated in a building that dates back to the 1800s. The building is old but the apartment has been renovated over time and the kitchen is actually brand new.

The total area of the apartment I 33 square meters. It’s situated at the second and last floor of the building. The apartment has wooden floors, tall windows and some traditional and old features such as the black electrical outlets and switches. The kitchen, however, is brand new. It has integrated appliances and it offers everything a student needs.

The bathroom is spacious and has tiles floor with undefloor heating. This is a new feature from 2011. The apartment has an open floor plan. Even though it’s small, it’s cozy and inviting. The living room is connected to the kitchen and it’s bright and spacious. All the walls from the apartment have been painted light gray, a neutral but also a color that might seem a little depressing. However, the views are beautiful and cheer up the atmosphere.
