Small But Bright Upper Floor Loft With Elegant Design Features

Although it only measures 36 square meters in total, this little apartment is a real treasure. The interior was cleverly divided and organized in such a way that all the functions are interlinked yet clearly separated.

The kitchen, living area and dining space share the same floor plan and the sleeping area is upstairs. A staircase leads up to the “bedroom”.

There’s little space to work with here. The kitchen only occupies one corner of the room. The living area is only a combination of a sofa and a small coffee table. The sofa sits under the window and the slanted wall gives it a cozy feel.

The colors were beautifully chosen. By making the kitchen white just like the flooring and ceiling, this area blends in more easily and allows the rest of the room to become the center of attention.

Lots of functions are combined in this one space. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The overall décor is simple and has a casual feel.

The white cabinets offer plenty of storage space and they were designed to perfectly fit in the corner.

The wallpapered wall introduces texture into the décor. It stands out but, at the same time, the color choice allows it to blend in.

The staircase is one of the most eye-catching elements in the apartment. It stands out because of the color contrast. It also creates a perfect spot for the small dining area.

This is an unusual layout. At first, the apartment looks like a tiny attic. Then it unfolds and reveals a whole new level, suspended above the living area.

Upstairs, the sleeping area has beautiful skylights which let in naural light and provide beautiful views of the sky and stars. It’s a tiny space and it’s mostly white but, even so, it feels cozy.

Up here there’s also plenty of space for a workstation. The white desk seems to appear from inside the wall. The transparent chair maintains an airy look while the area rug adds some color and texture to the space.

Given the dimensions of the apartment, storage can be a problem. It’s why unusual solutions were created. Take the entrance for example. A clever hanging system and a woooden box take care of the problems.

As you might have guessed, the bathroom is also tiny. It has a shower, white amenities and tiled walls and floor. The blue is a nice choice of color.

Considering all these things, I’d say the apartment is as lovely as it can be. It even benefits from a nice location, at the very top of the building.{found on alvhemmakleri}.
