Colorful conceptual apartment by Anna Marinenko

This is a small apartment designed as a concept by Anna Marinenko. As you can see, the apartment is bursting with color. It’s a very bright and refreshing apartment, despite its small dimensions. Even though it’s a very colorful place, there aren’t many colors in there. In fact, the two most striking colors are red and green. The rest of the apartment is either white or decorated with neutral colors such as grey.

Notice how everything has been carefully chosen and how the whole apartment is in sync. There are colors everywhere, from the walls to the furniture and the small decorations. The walls are definitely very eye-catching. However, they have been colored with moderation as well. Only one wall is red or green in each room and the rest are white. Also, notice how the two main colors complement each other. In the red room the furniture is green and in the green room the furniture is partially red. It’s a nice game and a nice contrast.

The key to this beautiful interior décor is moderation. It’s important to not overdo the interior with colors. In this case, the balance is perfect. The interior is colorful but not to the point where it gets disturbing or tiresome. It’s neither filled with color but neither white with small spots of color. As for the rest, the décor is modern and minimalist and this is also an important factor for the overall design. It’s very interesting how the designer played with few colors but managed to create a contrasting and harmonious décor.
