The nature-inspired “Caffee the Sól” interior design

Caffee the Sól is a new attraction that can be found in Seoul, Korea. It’s a place where people can relax and get away from the city for a while. It’s like an urban oasis. The design was the creation of DESIGN BON_O. They managed to come up with a very interesting approach for this inspiring coffee place. It covers an area of 220.05 square meters and it was mainly built using wood.

The main idea behind this project was to create an oasis, a place that would feel close to nature but without actually having anything to do with it. The space the architects had to work with features narrow areas and high ceilings. This allowed them to come up with this creative design. They managed to create a sort of artificial forest. As you can see, most of the interior and all the furniture are made of wood with a natural finish.

Since the idea was already so great, other elements weren’t even considered. Instead of trying to divers the attention from the narrow spaces and the high ceiling, the architects made those spaces even narrower and used high elements to make them feel even higher. It was an interesting strategy that turned out to be very clever. They also used a very natural approach. The result was a very inviting space with a very warm atmosphere and a contemporary and minimalist design.
