It seems that nowadays enterprises are more and more concerned about their headquarters, offices and factory design. Architecture is like a visit card which invites the customers to trust your company. By your building you show that you are attentive with any detail, that you call for specialists when needed, that you have good taste and you are willing to invest in quality and beauty, in the same time.
The manufacturer Lecor, which is specialized in advanced steel constructions demanded for an office building which will suggest their main activity. The building, situated in Kungälv, Sweden, was finished in 2011 under the supervision of Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture AB.
The designers tried to introduce in the exterior design the sign which will make you understand that Lecor is a steel construction manufacturer. Considering the building is visible from the highway, the exterior design is very important. So the architects created a building with dark steel panels and colors and element which makes you think about the steel industry.
The interior is very well structured and contains not only offices, but also a dining area with a kitchenette, some meeting rooms, a library and a change-room. The interior design is also very modern and goes with pastel colors and white, each room being monochromatic. Besides the steel fragments, the façade also has some glass boxes which complete the contemporary industrial aspect. The two stored building also has a conference room and a terrace from which you can admire the woods of Sweden.
