Fresh Flowers For Every Room of the House
Every home needs fresh flowers. They bring in life and an air of organic beauty to any space. So, it’s only natural that we’ve become advocators of florals in every room of the house. From the foyer to the guest bathroom, every nook should be dressed in pretty petals. Take a peek at some of our ideas and special inspirational finds!
1. In the kitchen.
Tulips are made for springtime jubilation but they also keep a kitchen fresh and balanced. Try yellow in the spring, pink in the summer, orange variegated in the fall and white for the winter.
2. In the bedroom.
Roses are perfect for the bedroom. They’re romantic, come in a variety of colors and bring a bit of mystery to your place of rest.
3. In the office.
Your home office is all about inspiration and there’s not much more inspiration than fresh flowers. Some ranunculus or peonies will give you a lush, girlish accent.
4. In the foyer.
Welcome your guests with some vibrant life. Gerber daisies, calla lilies or even sunflowers, depending on the time of year are some great choices.
5. In the bathroom.
All you need is something small, with great color for a perfect little pop. A cluster of wild flowers or baby’s breath may be just right.
6. In the dining room.
Get creative and make a fun floral arrangement of your own or use whimsical, magical hydrangeas or buttercups as a beautiful centerpiece. Then again, you can’t go wrong with bursting dahlias either.
7 . In the guest room.
Lavender for an aromatic appeal or roses for a warm welcome, your guests will feel extra special with a vase of fresh flowers to be greeted with. Use something soft and pleasant to add to the relaxing atmosphere.
8. In the breakfast nook.
When it’s time for breakfast you need something to revive your spirits. It is early after all, so have something to greet the family with, whether it’s a bout of baby’s breath or some bright daisies.
9. In the craft room.
Just like in the office, you need something inspiring in the craft room. Allow the colors, shapes and feel of the flowers to speak to you. My inspiration flower? The tulip of course, but you could be a peony or bleeding heart type of crafter!
10. In the hallway.
For a light and unsuspecting surprise, sprinkle the hallways with flowers too! It could be one red rose in a single bud vase or a lush bout of wild flowers!
