The impressive residence of Romanian billionaire Ion Ţiriac

The 73-year old billionaire Ion Ţiriac is the owner of an impressive penthouse located in Baneasa, Bucharest. It’s situated in the billionaire’s own residential area called Stejarii, a project that was finalized in 2010 and an area where also live his son, Ion Ion Ţiriac and the founder of Romanian TV chanel PRO Tv, Adrian Sarbu.

Ion Ţiriac lives in a penthouse that measures approximately 2.500 square meters. The business man’s residence participated at Anuala de Architectura Bucuresti, a yearly event, but didn’t win any prize. The residence is very impressive, both in terms of size and design. Located in the north of Romania’s capital city, this penthouse reflects its owner’s passion for hunting. To be more exact, the penthouse features a bed of approximately 16 square meters, upholstered with the skin of two elephants. It’s a feature that a lot of people criticize but that also reflects the owner’s character.

This impressive penthouse also includes a bedroom that covers a surface of 100 square meters and a bathroom measuring 250 square meters. This billionaire really likes spacious and airy interiors. There aren’t any clear information related to the rest of the interior décor. We can also assume that the penthouse hides many other surprises that would make a lot of people jealous. All we can say for now is that this is a very stylish home that makes you forget about all your problems, even if it’s just temporarily.{found on wall-street}.
