If the landlord says it’s ok you can create an accent wall. You should choose a bold color, one that contrasts with the rest of the room. This accent wall will become the focal point of the room. It’s a nice way of giving the apartment a makeover without painting all the walls.

For example, you might think you can sell or buy a house by yourself using the internet or some other method and you might even succeed in doing so, but this doesn’t mean that a real estate agent would be useless. They’re professionals for a reason and there are multiple reasons for you to hire one. For example:

1. Specialized knowledge.

A real estate agent is a professional and knows more than you do about buying and selling properties. It’s what he/she was trained to do. So by hiring one you would get access to all that information and experience. So unless you think you can learn everything about real estate without effort before you selling or buying your home, it would be much easier to simply hire a professional.

This amazing property is like none other you’ve ever seen. Well…that’s the case for any property for that matter but this one is indeed unique and amazing. Located in Tossa De Mar in Costa Brava, Spain, this spectacular property is actually a three unit complex. When hiring or working with a broker or real estate agent, there are certain things that remain hidden. You probably suspect that there are things your broker or agent isn’t telling you but you don’t know what those are and all you can do is imagine things. We decided to expose some of those secrets and to reveal the true aspect of the relationship between a real-estate agent and the client.

Brokers don’t work for the buyer.

You might be tempted to think that the client is the one that dictates everything when working with a broker. Well, that’s not exactly true. The reality is that real estate agents do not generally represent the buyer but the buyers think they do and this way confusion appears. So the next time you contact a broker remember that this person is employed by the seller and doesn’t represent you as a buyer.

About 30 minutes south of Jacksonville, in Florida, USA, there’s a wonderful and serene property called Anabelle Island. The name describes it well. It’s like an enclave and has beautiful trees on one side and a beautiful lake on the other. The ranch sit on a 364 acre property and it was built in 2002. Seen from above, the beautiful turquoise roof almost disappears and becomes a part of the lake and the beautiful blue sky reflected in the water.

The interior of the ranch is just as beautiful as the exterior. The main volume has a stone fireplace as a centerpiece and the rest of the décor seems to have been designed to revolve around it. The property includes five bedrooms with five full bathrooms. There’s also a custom cook’s kitchen and a wonderful loft space designed for entertainment. The spiral staircase that connects the levels is a very beautiful design detail in itself.The living area features panoramic views of the lake and is connected to a veranda featuring rocking chairs and hammocks.
