A 15Ă—22 ft Off-Grid Cabin That Disappears Into the Landscape

Hidden in the hillside of the Methow Valley, Tinyleaf is a 15×22 ft off-grid outpost designed by GO’C as a compact retreat for year-round outdoor living. Cast-in-place concrete walls anchor the cabin into the slope, while weathering steel and a deep awning blend it into the landscape.

The space is designed like a piece of cabinetry — seamless storage, a raised bed with full-depth drawers, a small but efficient kitchen, and warm wood surfaces that balance the raw concrete shell. Large sliding doors open the cabin to the valley, expanding the footprint and pulling the outdoors into the living space.

Every detail is crafted to age with the environment, from the patina of the steel to the tones of the concrete. Tinyleaf sits lightly on the land, feeling as if it has always belonged here.
