Stack C chairs from Green Furniture – Sweden

Normally chairs are used to sit on and because they have to support our body weight they have four legs. But from every once in a while some visionary designer chooses a different shape and a different image. For example this unusual chair from Green Furniture has a very particular appearance, as it has no legs. It is actually made of only one piece of wood that is bent after being treated thermally like our ancestors used to do with wooden things.

This chair looks almost like an unfinished S and has a very interesting geometric design of the backrest. Because of the unusual curved surface of the chair it does not stay unmoved like all the other normal chairs, so it balances a bit when you sit on it, but this only increases pleasure and comfort. But although its design is pretty peculiar and unusual, it is made so as to allow the people using it stack more chairs. You can place them one on top of the other and in the end you will have a pile of chairs that can be deposited safely somewhere where they will take less space for storage.

This stack C chair is available in more colors, but all the models are pretty natural and look very interesting. If you want to see more details about it or to purchase some chairs, you can always visit the official web site of the guys from Green Furniture, a Sweden company.
