To make a hot air balloon mobile yourself you can use colored card stock and some vellum. Use 7 sheets for each balloon and sew from the bottom to top down the middle. Then shape them to get the balloon and make a tiny box and hang it with glue and thread.{found on iammommahearmeroar}.
