White AND-SuperPress-SuperBla Office Interior Design

This new and impressive office is located in Shanghai, China and it was a project developed by Naço Architectures. The office covers an area of 80 square meters. As for the interior design, the idea was to create a pure space, liberated from color and material, a fresh and simple space like a blank canvas ready to be filled with new ideas.As you can see, the entire space is white. Everything from floors, ceiling, walls and even furniture has been carefully chosen for this project.

It’s a surprising décor at first but once you get the idea it’s surprisingly beautiful and inspiring. Of course, it would have been too simple to leave everything white. The space needed some small pops of color. For this purpose, vibrant and dynamic colors have been chosen as to create energy.

Red is a very powerful color and it has been used moderately and in key points. It’s important to point out that the space is in a continuous change and the décor is never the same. The color and the ideas change. That was actually the idea, to leave room for creativity and new ideas.

Since this space was seen as a sort of avant-garde, it wasn’t supposed to look like a standard office. Even though it seems so sterile and cold, there are elements that attempt to make it more home-like. For example there are bird cages, table lamps and other decorations. Still, these are not as you would expect them to be. The bird cage is empty and it’s a symbol of the ideas that can’t be captured but have to be free. This is probably one of the simplest and yet most inspiring and intense office interiors I have seen. It’s a space where everything is different from a standard office, a space where you can feel liberated from any prior ideas and conceptions, where you can open your eyes and your mind and create new ideas.{found on archdaily}
