With a height of 10 feet 5 inches, it offers two loft bedrooms, one with standing space, and a main-floor sleeper sofa for guests. Storage is built into the stairs leading to the main loft, while a ladder accesses the second loft.

The kitchen includes a marble-look laminate countertop, ceramic apron sink with pull-down faucet, and a two-burner gas cooktop paired with a 24-inch oven.
