Free Printable Cleaning Schedules: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly

Printable cleaning schedules can help you stay on top of your cleaning tasks and keep your house tidy all the time.

We’ve divided our free cleaning schedules into daily, weekly, and monthly lists. While the work might seem like a lot at first, once you get into a routine, the daily list should take less than one hour.

Daily cleaning schedules focus on essential tasks to keep your house tidy and functioning at its best. These chores include washing the dishes, taking out the trash, wiping hard surfaces, and sweeping as needed.

Somedays, you won’t need to complete every item on this list. For example, if you don’t need to sweep your kitchen on a particular day, mark it off before you start.

We’ve also included one load of laundry as a daily chore. We’ve found that washing, drying, and folding one load of laundry per day helps most families stay on top of dirty clothes.

Weekly Printable Cleaning Schedules

Weekly printable cleaning schedules keep your rooms clean and decluttered. We’ve organized our lists so you’ll tackle a different room every day. (But feel free to pick whichever area you’d like depending on the time you have for the day.) Your house will stay clean if you complete one section six days per week.

Weekly cleaning tasks focus on deeper cleaning, like washing showers, scrubbing toilets, and mopping.

Monthly Printable Cleaning Schedules

Our monthly printable cleaning schedules list tasks you can complete as you find the time. These chores don’t require daily or weekly attention, such as wiping baseboards, cleaning your dishwasher filter, and dusting light fixtures.

You can tackle these all at once or space them throughout the month. As you complete each task, check them off, so you remember what you’ve already done.

Tips for Printing the Cleaning Schedules

If you want to conserve paper and printer ink, apply a self-adhesive laminating sheet over your cleaning checklists. You’ll be able to write on them with a dry-erase marker and reuse them as needed.
