Casa E+E, designed by GM Arquitecto, sits on a privileged coastal site in Spain and captures panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea.
The 283 m² residence reinterprets the original structure with a minimalist aesthetic, enhancing indoor-outdoor living through clean lines, natural ventilation, and thoughtfully framed views. A reconstructed roof and new southeast opening improve airflow, while sliding wooden shutters along the veranda adapt to changing weather conditions.
An open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly to the pool and sea beyond. Bedroom suites are arranged to offer privacy without compromising views. White surfaces, warm-toned floors, and slim aluminum frames define the restrained palette, allowing the landscape to take center stage.
The architecture carefully integrates the home into its environment, ensuring it feels light and grounded. EE Casa is focusing on simplicity and environmental response. Casa E+E achieves a tranquil balance between architecture and nature—true to GM Arquitecto’s design philosophy.
