This contemporary villa designed by Dutch architect Jeroen de Nijs redefines warm modern living. Large glass panes blur the line between interior and garden, while the natural palette of wood, stone, and microcement lends a tactile calm that balances luxury with restraint.
The design celebrates flow and material honesty. There’s an inviting ease between the kitchen, lounge, and pool terrace, where daylight shifts gently across textures and tones.
The bedroom opens to the trees, featuring a freestanding tub that adds a sense of calm and luxury. Nearby, the bathroom feels like a private spa, with sculpted stone basins and natural textures that complete the villa’s serene atmosphere.
