A Black-and-White Kitchen That Redefines Modern Elegance in Bari
In Bari, Italy, Clubdesign Architecture Studio crafted an apartment where contrast and calm coexist.
The heart of the space is a striking black-and-white kitchen that commands attention without overpowering the room. Matte black cabinetry, pale veined stone, and sheer curtains create a balance of drama and light.
The open layout flows naturally from the kitchen to the living and dining zones, unified by warm oak flooring and soft daylight streaming through long windows. Large open shelves replace traditional upper cabinets, bringing a sense of airiness and flexibility. Styled with books, ceramics, and sculptural pieces, they blur the line between storage and display, turning utility into an aesthetic gesture.
Brass accents and subtle lighting complete the palette, adding just enough warmth to keep the monochrome scheme from feeling stark. The result is a refined living space, bold in form, understated in tone, and grounded in the timeless appeal of black and white.
