For this woodland chalet, the owners wanted an authentic rustic European style. As a result, the architects and designers envisioned a rustic house built with natural materials and enveloped in earthy colors. They managed to create a very rustic home using stone, wood, stucco and neutral palettes.

In addition great importance was also given to the colors and textures, the main idea being to incorporate the colors present in the surrounding areas.

The design relies a lot of the use of reclaimed materials. This helps give the house the authentic rustic look requested by the owners.
