Amid the maze-like streets of the Santa Monica hills, a newly renovated contemporary home features a design that capitalizes on the stunning views it affords. The custom property required careful planning and special installations to achieve the architects’ –and homeowners’ – vision. The result is a gorgeous home that makes the most of its outdoor spaces and the vistas beyond.

Part of the home’s allure comes from the spectacular view from the living area as well all other rooms. To maintain an unfettered view, the designers used NanaWall folding glass wall systems in both the living and sleeping areas of the home. NanaWall’s systems, help integrate the view as in fundamental component of the design. The ability to full open up the space makes the most of the Southern California weather and expands the entertainment area of the home.

The sleek kitchen is done in a pale gray monochrome palette that is enlivened with a variety of textures. The cabinets have a high gloss finish and are devoid of hardware, which enhances the clean look. Here too, the kitchen space is expanded with the folding glass doors that open onto a modern patio.
