The Space Asia Hub is a luxurious villa

This imposing and luxurious-looking building is the Space Asia Hub. It’s located on 77 Bencoolen Street in Singapore. It occupies an area of 40,000 square feet and it has been designed by WOHA Architects with a budget of $50,000,000. The construction of the building was completed in 2011.

The Space Asia Hub is a luxurious villa that offers a complete experience. On the top floor of the villa there are beautiful plush sofas and stylish sculptures. The building has a contemporary design with beautiful architecture and luxurious details. There’s a contemporary Glass Block building in the center of the multiplex that is really eye-catching during the night.

The Space Asia Hub actually includes a trio of buildings. There’s the villa, the glass block and the Heritage House, a shophouse with an industrial-inspired interior. All the buildings feature elegant interiors with stylish furniture and eye-catching architecture. It’s one of the most interesting additions to the landscape in the area of Singapore.

The main concept behind this design was the contrast between old and new. The two preserved buildings got new roofs and new interiors. Several other changes have been made as well, like some of the walls that have been taken down. Now the contrast is very visible. Nevertheless, the old and the new elements seem to harmoniously combine and the result is an original and very eye-catching design.{found on archdaily}
