The New Design Of McDonald’s In France

Personally I’m not a fan of McDonald’s but this doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate a beautiful interior when I see it. This is the McDonald’s interior from France. It was a project by Patric Norguet and it’s located in Villefranche-de-Lauragais, France.

When you think of McDonalds you imagine a friendly place where people go to eat, where the interior is user-friendly and where the food is, well… McDonalds. Patrick Norguet was put in charge of designing the McDonalds restaurant in France and this is the final result. The concept was based on the idea of returning back to the origins. The interior of the restaurant is made of birch plywood between other materials.

The interior is a multi-functional space that offers several different eating possibilities. It’s a contemporary approach and a clean and simple interior décor. Most of the interior is white but it has been combined with fun and friendly colors. The interior is bright and spacious. The atmosphere inside is typical for a McDonald’s restaurant. The designer used his “Still” metal chair for the seats and a new high stool version specially designed for this project. The ceramic floor was also designed by Patrick Norguet and it creates a distinctive look for the restaurant. This place has a modern design and a simple but stylish interior.
