Not only that the house is very beautiful and stylish, but it has also been pragmatically designed so it’s functional as well. The building is organized around a north point. The first floor includes the main living areas, the main bedroom and the study. It’s like a mini-home for two. This space above the main living level also benefits from beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The ground level of the house is a space designed for multiple guests. It includes three double bedrooms and a family room. There’s also another big room that connects these spaces to the courtyard.

The property also extends outdoors where there’s a smoking oven and lots of beautiful vegetation. The house itself is rather simple. It has contemporary architecture with a minimalist geometry and elegant lines. It has been cleverly divided into private areas, semi-private spaces and common areas.{found on archdaily and pics by Rob Burnett}.
