The house where every day it’s Christmas

We all love Christmas and someone we wish it would never end. Well, for some people it doesn’t. This beautiful home is perfect for Christmas. It seems to have been built particularly for that purpose. The house dates back to the 17th century and it’s located in an alley of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, close to the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame-des-Anges. For some houses, history goes away. It gets renovated and remodeled and there’s little trace of what it used to be. But not for this one.

This once abandoned old house was one day discovered by two renovation enthusiasts who decided to purchase it. Then they started to slowly bring it back to its former beauty. The house has an open kitchen that is connected to the dining room. There you can see a beautiful lace tablecloth embroidered with gold thread. Fluted crystal glasses, porcelain plates, silver candlesticks, they’re all there. It’s like it’s waiting for guests to come for the Christmas dinner.

The house is ideal for receiving friends and family at Christmas. As guests enter, they can see candles in the lobby and staircase. They then go further and have a chance to admire the beautiful stone vaults as they get into the kitchen. At Christmas, a huge Christmas tree is decorated and placed in the large library room. It’s just perfect.{found on dekio}.
