This beautiful and expansive apartment is locate in Brookvale Park, Singapore. The apartment has been recently renovated and redesigned and it was a project by Singapore-based architects Juliana and Tristan. The project was completed in 2009. The 1,1614 square foot apartment got a new look, fresh and modern.The apartment sits in a quiet corner, a peaceful area and it’s surrounded by greenery, offering peace and quiet to the inhabitants. It has a beautiful balcony that offers expansive views. The apartment features an aging exterior. However, the interior has a contrasting look.

The interior design of this apartment is sophisticated and stylish. It’s also surprisingly modern.The top story apartment features a slanted roof and false ceilings inside. Sunlight floods the apartment through the side skylight. During the renovation process, the entire original ceiling has been removed. Also, a series of concealed solid timber rafters has been revealed. The living room has grey stones and a built-in bookcase. There’s also a long bench and an open kitchen that’s also part of the public area.

The master suite takes over the entire rear portion of the apartment. There are also two guest bedrooms and a service bath. The rooms that was originally the master bedroom is currently used an a study.
