The house sits on 1.8 hectares of land and it’s oriented to the north and east in order to take advantage of the beautiful views over the sea. The plans were for a building of 1,600 square meters and it was designed for a family of five with complementary spaces for guests and servants. The house is impressive not just by the size but also by the design. It sits on the lower part of the plot so that it would be closer to the beach. It includes a central structure and two wings connected by a copper roof.

The floor plan has an irregular shape but this only makes the residence more interesting and unique. On one side, the roof becomes a fifth façade. All the day rooms benefit from spectacular views of the sea and the bedrooms windows are facing north. The master bedroom is isolated from the rest of the house and it located closer to the beach.{found on archdaily and pics by Duccio Malagamba}
