The residence is the result of a partnership between a major real estate player and the Jumbo Group, a luxury furniture holding. Accel Concept, is part of the Acceleration Group, active in the real estate market in Monte Carlo and the French Riviera. Jumbo Group encompasses Italian luxury brands such as Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, Gianfranco Ferré Home, Etro Home Interiors and JCP. Together the two created this super glamorous residence.

The apartment is located in the prestigious heart of the Carre d’Or district, just a few steps away from the iconic Piazza del Casino. The unusual combination of purposes as a boutique and a model home offers a marvelous opportunity to put sophisticated furnishings and home design on display. The styling of “La Maison Boutique” combines Italian charm with French allure. The feeling is very welcoming and at the same time, the property has an aura of exclusivity.

Highly refined custom interior spaces are further enhanced with branded luxury furniture. Throughout the apartment, cutting-edge home technology is included to increase functionality as well as comfort. Aesthetic value is superb, with custom artwork and other luxury details.

Done in a palette of sophisticated grays and dark beige, the main living area features a dining area that includes a set with seating for eight. The gleaming tabletop is an ideal pairing for the leather chairs. To the side, double buffets balance the length of the room and the table. In addition, the long, artful suspension light above the table emphasizes the size of the space.

In the window alcove at the end of the dining area, a conversation area includes two comfortable armchairs and a very functional and stylish occasional table from Roberto Cavalli called Pumpkin.  It’s the ideal place for morning coffee by the window. The modern herringbone patterned upholstery fabric adds a masculine touch to the deep-seated chairs.

The entryway to the main living space has a number of very attractive features, starting with the mirrored wall that reflects the available natural light. Instead of a plain surface, it features a pattern that repeats a similar design to the screen that sits atop the credenza. The drawers provide extra storage space and the artful screen visually divides the area without closing it in and cutting off the light from the windows in the main room.

Aimed at top international clients, the collaboration covers the full range of services from interior design, furniture and real estate.

The idea was to develop a space where we could present the skills of our team led by the architect Emanuela Rainaudo for what is concerning not only the concept, design, construction, but also the furniture and accessories,” said Mauro Sipsz, Acceleration group CEO.  “The partnership with Jumbo Group and its brands Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, Gianfranco Ferré Home, Etro Home Interiors, Jumbo Collection, JCP has therefore represented the natural completion of the work, bringing the right mix between Italian taste and craftsmanship and international glamor, embodied in the fashion brands. Given our unique location, we adopted an unconventional approach with “La Maison Boutique”.

Monaco is the ideal location for this type of elite approach because it is the most expensive real estate market in the world.
