The team’s intelligent use of materials and selection of styles allowed them to perfectly integrate this residence into its surroundings by preserving certain original featured and adding new ones. The client owned a group of buildings formed of a barn, a warehouse and a small house and the team’s job was to rehabilitate all of them in order to transform them into a home with adjacent guest pavilions.

The house is facing South and, together with the pavilions, covers an area of 603 square meters. Instead of replacing these structures with completely new ones, the architects chose to keep the existing buildings and to rehabilitate their facades and roofs and to create a new distribution of the interior spaces, one that would suit the client’s needs and requirements.
