The client wanted the interior to feel open and uninterrupted so one of the challenged of the project was to fulfill this requirement while also making sure that the interior design meets and domestic requirements of all the separate areas.

In order to fulfill the requests coming from the client, the architects came up with the idea of inserting two sculptural elements into the space. One of them is a sort of spine that moves from end of the loft to the other and the other one is a structure that contains the enclosed bath and laundry rooms. The multi-sided spine hides elements such as storage spaces, dresser drawers, kitchen cabinets, etc.

The main challenge of this project was to meet all the functional needs of the client while maintaining an open and fluid décor.

In terms of décor, the loft has an elegant and masculine vibe given by the dark wood elements and the combinations of colors. The steel elements and the black granite emphasize this look. Overall, the renovation transformed the space and gave it a modern, flexible and simple look.
