Concrete structure residence with a tropical garden inside

The Pricila House is a stylish contemporary residence located in Núñez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The construction was completed in 2010. The house covers a total area of 1,000 square meters. It was designed by Martín Gomez & Gonzalo Veloso from Estudio Martín Gómez Arquitectos. The Pricila House has a very interesting design. It’s modern but also mysterious. The façade is intriguing and lets you see inside but only enough to make you curious.

The house was built with a concrete structure. Other materials that were used in the process include Lapacho wood that was extensively used for all the floors and marble mostly used for the exterior, including the pool. The exterior areas are impressive but so is the interior. Inside, the 3-meter high ceilings are definitely intriguing. The house has two levels and they are connected by a very beautiful spiral staircase that has become the central focal point for the décor.

The spiral staircase has a circular skylight above that lets light pass through and creates a very beautiful image. The ground floor has floor-to-ceiling glass walls that basically open up the space towards the exterior. The barrier between indoors and outdoors is almost invisible. The upper level is more private but still features large windows and a whole range of balconies. Since the owner are outdoor lovers, the property includes many outdoors areas such as the barbeque, the outdoor chimneys, the Jacuzzi pools and the practice shooting spaces, creates at the request of the owners.{found on archdaily}.
