From Suri to Apple, the trend of naming your child a unique and somewhat odd name is the going thing for celebrities. Just ask Elon Musk whose darling we still have trouble remembering her name.

But this trend isn’t just for celebrities. If you want your child to grow up feeling independent, unique, and special, there is hardly a better way than to give them a similar name. And what better inspiration than your favorite paint color?

How To Choose Paint Color Baby Names

Choosing the right paint color requires a lot of thought. Not only do you have to choose a name that you like, but you also have to choose a color you like. While the name comes first, the color is important.

Because you will probably be unable to resist painting your nursery the color you’ve chosen for their name. Then as an adult, they won’t be able to resist choosing that color in their home either. That’s why we’ve chosen this list.

We exclusively added Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore because their paint colors are available everywhere and because they rarely are out of stock of certain colors. So you are home free on the one you choose.
