The apartment was renovated and completely redecorated. Some of the original elements were preserved in order to keep the original character of the building intact. However, lots of changes were also made. In the kitchen, a brick roof was discovered while renovating and it was preserved as such. Moroccan tiles also give the kitchen a very distinctive charm.

A spacious hall leads to the living area and large doors create an open feel. The living space has an unusual shape, with curved walls and this shape was emphasized by placing a round area rug in the center of the room. The lighting fixture is a sphere, also meant to highlight the architecture of the room. The fireplace is an eye-catching element here.
