Modern Scandinavian residence with a contrasting interior décor
This beautiful residence is located in Denmark and, even though it might seem like a Scandinavian house by definition, it’s not the case. The house is decorated in a modern style with obvious Scandinavian influences but not with a typical Scandinavian design.
The interior design of this particular residence takes us somewhere in Spain. It has spacious rooms with an open plan and thus most of the areas are bright and filled with natural sunlight. The walls have been painted in white throughout the house. Also, there’s plenty of wood involved in the décor and this is what makes it seem so inviting and warm in the first place. The exposed beams from the ceiling also contribute to the overall resort-like atmosphere.
It’s a modern and rather simple house with a chic interior design. Even though the main color used in white, there are also several colorful elements that are there to spice up the atmosphere. As for the furniture, the shapes are strictly geometric and this adds a futuristic touch.
The residence has lots of windows, just in case the stubborn and shy sun decided to show its face. There are lots of beautiful and interesting decorations, most of them consisting in artwork. The artwork displayed on the walls is modern and abstract and the colors used are dynamic and vibrant, which further contributes to the overall balanced and casual décor.
