Modern multifunctional apartment

Busy people don’t keep their apartment only for fun and relaxation, but also for studying or working. Most of them combine the two activities into the same room, but if we analyze a little the situation we will easily understand that for the sake of own mood we should make separate rooms for our different needs.

The next apartment designed by Azovskiy & Pahomova Architects combines work and relaxation in a way that doesn’t mix the spaces and which offers you the possibility to detach from the rest when you need to be concentrated on something specific. The apartment has 300 sq meters and has the space divided in two parts. The first one is dedicated to relaxation time and includes a dining room for eight persons, a lounge, a closed balcony. The second part has a dual study room which is isolated from the rest by some sliding doors.

Besides this division of space, what I like the most about this apartment is the fact that it is decorated and accessories so it would remind you of nature. This way the design relaxes you and makes you forget you actually live in a crowded noisy city. In the living room, in front of the sofa there is a carpet that looks like a parcel of grass. All over the apartment there are pots with apartment trees and flowers, which will remind you of a walk in the park. More, some walls are painted so they look like the sections of some trees trunks and on one wall there also is a 3D drawing of a tree.
