Modern “C” Shape Office Building

This  brazilian office building in Sao Paulo was designed by Firte, Gimenes & Marcondes Ferraz (FGMF) Architects. This  office building was concived with simple ideas in mind.Among them there was a simple concept of not creating a traditional working place.Having these  simple ideas as a starting point they have  created an airy place stucturing the different areas in a very functionally and informally manner, also focusing on the customer service  in a single place, preferentially near the entrance.

Costs of creating  an office building are higher  of at least the same as a normal house, thereby in this case a simple and small building was created usig simple structure of reinforced concrete. The  “C” format approached in the design allows  that every area to be facing a small internal courtyard, where also meetings can occur  if there is  a pleasant day for spending quality time outside.
