Lavish Oasis On Miami Beach Combines Minimalism With Eccentric Details
Miami Beach is no stranger to luxury and sophistication, especially when it comes to its lavish properties. But even with so many extraordinary structures it’s still easy to distinguish those that really have flair, like this residence from DOMO Design Studio that occupies 5,800 square feet of space on a property that spreads over 13,068 square feet of land.
The residence is organized on two floors and has a design and an architecture that really capture the freshness and beauty of the surroundings. The overall style is a combination of minimalistic and eccentric elements, at the limit between luxurious and opulent. An L-shaped swimming pool frames the house and wraps around the deck making the building appear to be floating on water.
Large windows and glazed facade connect the indoor and outdoor spaces and establish a strong relationship between the house and its surroundings. In fact, nature is a very important part of the interior design as well as the house features interior courtyards and gardens.
The social zone is an open floor plan space with large windows and a double-height space at the center. The kitchen features a large island-bar and the dining table is minimalist and worthy of a contemporary home. Earthy colors and warm textures and materials create a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. The kitchen, bathrooms and fixtures were designed by Italkraft.
The residence has a total of six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. These spaces are designed using natural colors such as brown, green and white, the main goal of the designers being to create an intimate oasis-like space. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer splendid views of the lush surroundings and welcome the outdoors in.
There are four guest bedrooms, a master suite and a staff quarters. They’re similarly decorated, although the master bedroom is considerably larger than the others. There’s plenty of space in here for a sleeping area and a comfortable lounge space with cozy chairs and accent tables.
Natural materials such as wood and marble were used throughout the residence in combination with warm textures and natural colors. Black and white accents can also be seen everywhere. They add elegance and sophistication to the decor while also creating pleasant contrasts and backdrops for the accent tones.
All the rooms are spacious and this includes the bathrooms and the walk-in closet. The master bathroom is particularly large, featuring two vanities, a full-length mirror, a large shower and a deep tub placed on a marble platform.
