Elements such as the brick pattern on the walls or the base of the floor lamp have an industrial character by nature but they are implemented in such a way that they don’t strike the viewer but rather stand out as interesting elements in the overall design. The wall may feature the brick pattern but the finish and the crisp, simple lines are definitely modern and the lamp has a stylish round shade which gives it a chic look. Numerous such little details were mastered by the designers of Diego Revollo Arquitectura who managed to perfectly illustrate their vision.

Both featuring round accents, the floor lamp and the side table stand out with their contrasting dimensions. The oversized lamp looks down on the puny table and the two form an interesting and cute couple. We also enjoy the way matching shapes were also used for the coffee table and even the vase sitting on top of it.

In front of the cream-colored sofa stands a glossy black entertainment unit. The wall matches the one we’ve already analyzed in terms of design and pattern. The metal shelves attached to its left area are a nice match, giving a modern look to the whole design.

Even though this sitting area feels intimate and bright, it only covers one portion of a much bigger space. The light colors that define it contrast with the dark accents used in the kitchen and dining area.

A metal staircase offers access to the sleeping area above the kitchen and dining zone. It has that rough and strong look specific to industrial elements but integrates well into the décor because of its simple and also modern design.

A pop of bright yellow sits under the staircase in the form of a bar unit. Rounded edges and a smooth overall design without door handles or knobs allow it to stand out as a colored accent piece in a space defined by neutral shades and simple contrasts.

Upstairs, a variety of different functions and spaces were squeezed into the same room, without making it look or feel cluttered or uncomfortable. The sleeping area, the closet and the bathroom are all part of the same open space.

The distinction between the bedroom and bathroom areas is unclear. A long, suspended countertop starts as an extension attached to the headboard and accommodates the bathroom sink. It’s also a sort of space divider.
