Impressive Light-Flooded Apartment With Scandinavian Accent

It seems that gray, yellow and green work perfectly together, especially in this marvelous apartment located in Targu-Mures, Romania. Our admiration for Simona Ungurean, the one that is responsible for this beautiful interior design! Despite the fact that the owners decided to use neutral tones to customize this space, you still have a pleasant feeling about it. It’s a peaceful place, perfect for a family with a child. This apartment has 3 rooms and measures 58 square meters.

Let’s start with the living room. In a room full of modern pieces of furniture, wallpaper brings variety and elegance. The living room design is quite simple. The couch is very well positioned and perfectly matches the carpet and the rest of the room. Two types of curtains were used for completing the décor of this room. The dark colored ones are made of silk and the white ones with yellow pattern are entirely made of cotton.

What I really liked about this room was the idea of hiding the radiator. The radiator cover has both a decorative and a practical role (as a storage space). However, I strongly believe that the main piece of this room is the map on the wall.

The bedroom is fairly small, therefore has become a challenge for Simona, but she passed the test with ease. The owners wanted more storage spaces, and that’s exactly what they’ve got. Even the headboard can be used to keep your flowers or books! And if you think that the space above the bed is decorated with wallpaper, you couldn’t be more wrong. The wall is painted.

The kitchen is bright and the furniture is simple, bought from IKEA. To create a contrast, Simona chose dark colored home appliances and dark grey upholstered chairs.

As you probably imagine, the bathroom is also small, so a suspended toilet bowl helps a lot in this case. Don’t worry about the floor, they’re just ceramic tiles that look exactly like wood.

So what do you think, could you live in a place like this?
