Modern house in the Netherlands is the classical dream home

This is a house located in the Netherlands and it has everyone one could wish for and more. It was designed by Maas Architects and it has a beautiful driveway and a huge parking area which could easily accommodate half a dozen cars. As for the architecture, it’s all simple, with geometric forms, clean lines and straight angles. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls are a trademark of modern design and they let in tons of natural light reducing the need for artificial lighting and, at the same time, they let the outdoors in.

The interior design features an array of light colors which emphasize and highlight the airy and bright décor. The light wood floors add a little bit of warmth to the space while the glass walls introduce color into the rooms. The décor is not overly sophisticated and rather classical in a way. But as beautiful as the interior is, the outdoor areas are even more wonderful.

A man-made pond can be seen outdoors, behind the house. There’s also a beautiful swimming pool with a relaxing lounge area next to it. A summer gazebo is one of the dreamy features which make this house special. It’s also a romantic feature for the property. Trees, shrubs and vegetation surround the property and offer privacy, thus allowing such an open design to work in this setting.
