The house is also surrounded by a series of other buildings, both old and new and the plot is populated by beautiful trees. This new structure the architects created is actually a villa. It has a contemporary design with a minimalist exterior and a casual and cozy interior. The characteristics of the plot dictated that the house would sit on a slope. This also meant that the architects had to pay special attention to this element and to reverse the original structure they had planned for the building. It’s why the private areas of the house such as the bedrooms and the fireplace place had to be placed on the ground floor. The living room, the dining area and the kitchen are situated on the second floor.
