Four beautiful porches design ideas

Houses provide shelter and protect us from the wild nature. In this era we focus our attention over fancy interiors and modern design, going even further inside and spending as little time as possible outside. Well, people who appreciate nature as much as appreciate a  good interior decided to do both. It is not easy to mix the exterior with the interior, but still a cool way to do it is through a porch.

These traditional spaces make the transition from a beautiful natural environment to a comfortable fashionable interior. Porches are used mostly in the warm areas where a place situated in the middle is a real necessity. Think about the high temperatures from those areas; in here this idea started, they needed a space where they could be protected of the ruthless sunshine, with a little bit of shade, where they can relax, with a cold drink admiring the landscape.

The first porches were rudimentary, consisting of a small elevated deck out, on the front door.  Now porches still make that transition as well as providing a place to cool down while admiring the surroundings, but in a modern way.

Let’s take a look at this one for instance; it is a wonderful screened porch, preserving the traditional panoramic view but in the same time managing to create a more comfortable place, ventilating the air and placing strategic armchairs to fully enjoy this experience. As I was saying earlier porches make the transition between the outdoor spaces toward interior.

A nice porch like this one makes just that but in a stylish way. This beautiful illuminated place features a nice dinning set that can also be used for a perfect lunch with the cool summer breeze running through your hair. It is a shame not to enjoy the nice summer days by spending as much time as possible outside, and why not counting the stars, late in the evening with your partner on a beautiful porch as you have seen here.{picture 1,2,3 and 5}.
