Kids love picnics and they keep asking me when will we have a picnic again, even if it is winter and the park and garden are covered with snow. But I always find solutions to any problem with a bit of imagination and with my willingness to please the kids and do something interesting with them every day, so I came up with the idea of organizing a picnic in our living room. The most useful thing turned out to be this nice and simple Fatboy Knäpsäck. It is actually a round blanket that is soft enough for a comfortable stay there and also a good picnic are and even a nice replacement for a tatami.
The round knapsack is large enough for two people to stay on (1800 mm in diameter) and is available in two colour combinations: red and white checkers or grey and white ones. It is a wonderful collaboration between the designer Anoek Tulp and the manufacturer Fatboy from USA. It is surrounded by a shiny parachute fabric margin and is great in design, as the checkered pattern draws attention and is much loved by young people and kids.
